New photos have emerged of the singer before she found fame, aged jut 20 and posing as a live model for a photography class.
The sultry black and white shots, taken in New York in 1979, show the aspiring star looking relaxed and confident in front of the lens.
These photos - dubbed the 'lost nudes' - were taken a whole thirteen years before the publication of her raunchy coffee table book, Sex.
They were taken by photographer Martin H.M. Schrieber, who met Madonna - now aged 57 - while running a workshop called 'Photographing the Nude' at Parsons New School in the Big Apple.
